Couples therapy
A relationship between partners is like a living organism that evolves, transforms, and faces many challenges. If not addressed properly, these may lead to a lack of communication, mutual disengagement, and eventual breakup.
Couple therapy is the process of identifying the causes behind a relationship crisis and searching for common ground and communication channels between partners. In collaboration with your therapist, you work on understanding the issues that keep you apart and restoring your communication. At the same time, you devise coping strategies for reapproaching each other and rebuilding a balanced, loving, and equally rewarding relationship.
Therapy is conducted through weekly 50-minute sessions, in person or remotely. The conversations between the therapist and the service users are confidential.
