Individual Psychotherapy is conducted solely between the therapist and the service user. It’s a step-by-step process that requires time and consistency as they co-create the foundation for a harmonious collaboration. The goal is to understand the nature of your challenges and devise the best strategies for dealing with them during and after therapy. The individualized therapy plan is determined by you and your therapist based on your particular difficulties and therapeutic goals.
Therapy is conducted through weekly 50-minute sessions, in person or remotely. The conversations between you and your therapist are confidential.
